Do you accept returns?

You can return the goods within 14 days without giving reasons. You bear the costs yourself. Since the dog collars are always customer-specific, we have to charge 20% of the purchase price for the return and storage of custom-made products. Therefore, please measure carefully beforehand. If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know. We'll be happy to help so that this doesn't happen at all.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide, but not to islands.

How long are the delivery times?

EVERY product is made specifically for you. We have no stock (except individual pieces) and will only start manufacturing once all the details are clear. Therefore shipping can take between 5 and 15 days. We always try to send everything as quickly as possible, but we want to pay the greatest attention to the high-quality workmanship and this simply takes time.

How do I measure correctly?

Where are the products made?

All of our products, whether from the field of equestrian sports or dog sports, are manufactured in Marienheide in the beautiful Oberbergisches Land. Every seam and every smallest detail is 100% “Made in Germany”.

Are special requests possible?

Basically, we try to fulfill all special requests, such as special dimensions, color or similar. Just talk to us and we'll work together to see what's possible.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order value.
