You can return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

We deliver worldwide, but not to islands.

Each product is made especially for you. We don't keep stock (except for one-of-a-kind items) and only begin production once all the details are finalized. Therefore, shipping can take between 5 and 15 days. We always strive to ship everything as quickly as possible, but we want to prioritize high-quality craftsmanship, and that simply takes time.

All our products, whether for equestrian or dog sports, are manufactured in Marienheide in the beautiful Oberbergisches Land region. Every seam and every smallest detail is therefore 100% "Made in Germany".

We generally try to accommodate all special requests, such as custom sizes, colors, or similar. Just get in touch, and we'll discuss what's possible.

There is no minimum order value.
